How is Postsent priced?
We believe in open pricing - Postsent charges a base fee of $249 USD per month which covers hosting and technology alongside your first set of branded and unbranded gifts.When ordered, you pay us the price listed in your shop (plus shipping cost if we don't include shipping in your prices), which covers manufacturing and fulfillment. We maintain those prices and keep them up to date to line up with costs. Note that customers may see duties on shipments depending on their region.Additional branded gifts can be added for a one time services fee of $20 per item or 5 can be unlocked by signing up for an annual plan.Our pricing motto? "No Surprises".
What management tools do i get?
You get tailor-made management tools specifically designed for CX teams: Set a monthly budget per CSM so you don’t have to worry about your budget or get every little gift approved.Your team can autonomously gift customers items from your shop or shop gift cards, or you can use the platform to buy swag for events on demand.
How are custom gifts fulfilled?
Custom swag orders are printed on-demand from the closest fulfillment center to the destination address. This saves you money, shipping time, and often duties. Unbranded gifts like gift boxes are shipped directly from our partners, and may not be available worldwide.
Is everything branded for my company?
Through Postsend you can choose and customize your customer shop’s branding as well as individual items. You can submit designs or have our team take your logo/branding and run wild (1 revision per item).
Can customers and employees shop in the store with their money?
Yes! You don't need to gift via the platform for anyone to shop.If someone buys an item using a credit card it will be shipped out with no fee to you and you’ll get notified who your biggest fans are.
Can I gift my employees?
Of course! A shop gift card makes a great internal "thank you", SPIFF, prize, or CXKO swag.

Postsent was born out of my own frustration with the fractional budget my CX team (CSMs, CSEs, Professional Services, and Data Analysts) of 20+ was given for gifting to encourage everything from retention to adoption to growth. I was staring down a budget less than the platform fee of major gifting platforms ($30,000!!!?) and figured I could make my own shop for a tenth of that.Postsent is based in Canada but uses international partners for manufacture, printing, fulfilment, and shipping. We believe in fair wages and a 4 day work week.“Postsent” is a riff on “present”, because we’re for post-sales teams instead of pre-sales.🌈 The more you know 🌈
